  • I have particular interest in providing an empowering and equipping style of support to those new to management; especially those who may be subject matter experts but inexperienced in people leadership; and also as a sounding board and confidante to those isolated in leadership due to the nature of their role.  
  • I am often asked to assist with communication coaching for those requiring an objective perspective.
